Charles Lowe
Charles started his career in the environmental industry in 1968 working for the FAA. While employed there he attended every school program they had to offer in this field of work which took over 2 years. After 20 years working for the FAA Charles chose to work in the private sector. In 1988 Charles began working for FMI Holdings who was building and managing  high rise office buildings. He took on the challenge of Director of Property of Operations  for this  company which managed  7.5 million square feet of retail and office space with 5 of these properties being Hotels. His primary responsibilities were preparing budgets, staffing, training, maintenance scheduling, problem solving when needed, overseeing new construction along with  tenant construction.
